Understand ISO and how to balance image brightness with noise
ISO controls your camera sensor's sensitivity to light. Lower ISO (100-400) produces clean images but needs more light. Higher ISO (1600+) works in darker conditions but adds grain/noise.
ISO is part of the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO). When you can't open aperture wider or slow shutter more, raising ISO is your solution.
